Billing Specialist
Triple N Home Health Care provides services that may require the billing of insurance. The billing specialist handles charging each of the billing codes necessary to provide the absolute best care.
They coordinate with the nurse, waiver coordinator and staffing coordinator to help Triple N Home Health Care provide you with excellent care.
Nurse
Triple N Home Health Care provides medication management for its clients by qualified nurses, dedicated and passionate about patient care. Qualified nurses also administer medication, monitor patients' medical conditions and symptoms, update patient records, educate, advise, communicate with family members, along with consulting with other healthcare professionals. Proper medication management is vital to improving a patients' quality of life. Triple N Home Care and its qualified nurses are committed to creating nurturing and supportive environments for the patients and their loved ones.
Waiver Coordinator
To receive long term care in home when you would otherwise need long-term institutional care, you may require a waiver to reduce the cost of that care through insurance. With Triple N Home Health Care, our waiver coordinator makes the process easier.
Our Waiver Coordinator handles all intake and paperwork involving the waivers that make care affordable for everyone.
Staff Coordinator
The staffing coordinator at Triple N Home Health Care connects the correct staff with the correct client. Making sure that they are a good fit in your home and making sure the schedule you need matches the staff’s.
