How It Works
Most Clients Pay Nothing
Through Minnesota's state-funded programs, most eligible clients receive in-home care at $0 out of pocket. Triple N bills the program directly.

Apply for Your Program
Contact your county social services office or apply through MNsure. A worker determines your eligibility and which programs you qualify for.

Choose Triple N
Once approved, select Triple N as your enrolled provider. We handle intake, care planning, and caregiver matching.

Triple N Bills Directly
We submit all billing to MA, CFSS, or your program. Most families pay nothing. Care begins and the paperwork stays on our side.
